I am unsure how to contact the Association for advice so I apologise if this is the wrong route. Are you able to recommend where to get good quality compost? I am new to allotments / veg growing in general so do not have contacts of suppliers etc.
Thanks

Hi Aine
Your enquiry has been passed to the Association.
You can contact them direct on their form on the site.

The website tries to help all at Cole Park whatever their experience. Please check the advice page month by month for tips for what do do on the plot month by month. http://www.coleparkallotments.org.uk/allotments-advice-vegetable-growing.htm
You can get quality compost from the IDHC Trading hut near the Northcote Road gate on Sundays from 1030 til 1200. This can be picked up in a wheelbarrow. It is 200 yards from your plot.
If you have transport we recommend Percy Chapmans in Twickenham.
However, all garden centres now do excellent deals ie 3 bags for £10.
Also notice that the main mail order companies, Dobies, Thompson and Morgan etc all have links/ads on the site.
I have placed this comment on the weblog so others may also offer advice.
You can also repond to them or this mail there. http://coleparkallotments.blogware.com/blog
You may view their advice if any.
I hope this helps.
Please do not respond to this email as it is an automated address.
Regards
Pat G
