1. Based on the information we have been given by other plot holders, the natural cause of events is to:
  2. Form the Cole Park Allotments Association.( This body would be eligible for Grants etc.) Agree a constitution and elect and agree roles for Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Set up a bank account. This body can run as is and can get access to grants etc.
  3. Send a letter out with the rent via CIP to let people know there is the Cole Park Allotments Association, and some degree of self management is being sought. Notification of a meeting to be held in several weeks time in the church hall suggested.
  4. At this meeting where all plotholders have been informed of time date discuss the level of self management available and being sought.
  5. Invite all relevant people. CIP, Reps from Feltham Allotments that successfully self manage, any others that may be required.
  6. People for self management can voice their reasons for at the meeting.
  7. People against can do the same.
  8. Vote on levels of self management.
  9. Job done!!!
