We don't like these cultivation standard rules and they should be removed. Surely most people want the allotments to continue as they are ie a bit wild and chaotic and not have people wandering round checking rows are straight and tidywith a tape measure! Who is going to judge what is a"proper state of cultivation"? Who will judge rubbish or useful material? This could all get out of hand. Eric & Sonia
